Born and raised in a small town on the south coast of the Firth of Forth, Scotland. With a history steeped in industries such as coal mining and metalwork, I have matured with a strong sense of family, nationally and hard graft.  Art has become my connection to everything related to that, and, by extension presently gaining inspiration from the beauty of Scotland, my own life experiences and other Artists.  Revelling in those moments that spark an idea; during conversation or experimenting with materials, I have the challenge and gratification of evolving those ideas into concepts and eventually tangible works of art.
